Using MediSave For Dental Implants

Can You Use MediSave For Dental Implants?

Yes, you can use your MediSave to pay for dental implants so long as the procedure involves surgery. The surgical procedure must be deemed medically necessary and not purely cosmetic.

What Are Dental Implants For?

Dental implants are long-terms solutions for replacing missing teeth. They closely mimics the look, feel, and function of natural teeth.

Compared to dentures and bridges which have a limited lifespan and may need to be replaced every 5 to 10 years, dental implants are designed to last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance. This makes them a cost-effective solution in the long run.

How Much Can You Claim For Dental Implants?

You can $950 for each dental implant inserted and $450 for each dental implant removed (Source: CPF). You should consult directly with your dentist regarding how much you can claim exactly.
